On 29 June 2005, the Singapore
Institute of Planners signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the
Board of Architects Singapore and the Singapore Institute of Architects
to provide professional development opportunities to allow architects
to constantly upgrade their knowledge of town planning, and to be
a partner to organise professional educational activities such as
courses, seminar, workshop and conferences for architects related
to the field of town planning. The signing ceremony took place at
the Singapore of Architect Building at 79 Neil Road Singapore.
